What is a Diaper Cake?
A. A
diaper cake is a clever, impressive, and practical baby

is individually folded disposable diapers arranged to
look like a cake. Plush items can be attached to the outside

What kind of diapers do you use?
A. We use Pampers Swaddlers
and Huggies disposable diapers in every diaper cake - they
are the best you can buy. We use size 1-2 which fit Infants
weighing 8 to 15 pounds. The expectant parents can enjoy
their "Cake" for a little longer prior to taking it apart. |

A. No. Our method of constructing
your Diaper Cake is very secure, and every cake is guaranteed
not to fall apart during shipping. At the same time, our
cakes can be easily dismantled, and all the diapers and
goodies used. You will never see a frayed ribbon or anything
less than perfect on our diaper cakes |

Are the diaper cakes pre-made?
A. No. Diaper Cakes are
handmade with TLC when you order. Since each one is an Original,
and some items are subject to availability, sometimes they
vary slightly from the picture. Consistency is a high priority,
but if we must make a substitution, it will be of equal
or greater value. |

How long will it take my cake to arrive?
A. Allow 48 hours for your
"Cake" to be constructed. You will receive an email when
we receive your order and another when your Diaper Cake
ships. |

your order will ship when payment clears which generally

What is your return policy?
A. Our gift items are handmade
from scratch for each customer, and are 100% guaranteed
NOT to fall apart during shipping. Everything is securely
constructed and very carefully packaged to ensure that it
arrives safely to its destination. In the unlikely event
that your item does not reach you in excellent condition,
please notify Grammies Gift Shop within 24 hours of receipt
that your cake arrived damaged and you wish to return or
exchange it. A damaged cake must be returned to us within
5 business days of receipt and must be in its original condition.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE FOR CAKES
THAT HAVE BEEN UNWRAPPED, OPENED, RE-WRAPPED, OR OTHERWISE
TAMPERED WITH. We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange
on any of our items. All return shipping is the responsibility
